Manzanillo

Manzanillo Smoothie

Made with a combination of fresh mint, basil, and watermelon, the Manzanillo Smoothie is a great way to enjoy a balanced snack. Due to a watermelon’s high water content (about 92 percent), the fruit is supremely refreshing and a powerhouse of essential nutrients. When you order the Manzanillo Smoothie, get your daily dose of vitamins A, B6 and C, as well as plenty of antioxidants, potassium and amino acids to keep you happy and healthy while on vacation.

10 Sprigs of Fresh Mint 

10 Sprigs of Basil

3 Ounces of Watermelon

½ Ounce of Syrup or Sugar Substitute

8 Ice Cubes

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Serve in a chilled glass, and garnish with mint sprigs.

The melon is a great source of vitamin C and A, and the yogurt is packed with gut-friendly probiotics to keep you agile and nourished.

3 Ounces of Papaya

3 Ounces of Melon

1 Ounce of Granola

3 Ounces of Yogurt

8 Ice Cubes

Preparation

A combination of pineapple, green apple, banana, and yogurt, this smoothie will make you feel right at home while on the beach.
